I updated my Lazarus from /trunk and when I start it... error:
Package: "LCL 1.0.1" Unit not found: "Menus" {Abort or Ignore}
If I Ignore...
Package: "LCL 1.0.1" Unit not found: "Buttons" {Abort or Ignore}
Package: "LCL 1.0.1" Unit not found: "StdCtrls" {Abort or Ignore}
...etc..
:: Lazarus 0.9.31 r28055 FPC 2.5.1 i386-win32-win32/win64
