I've just test it on Windows XP SP3 with last Lazarus snapshot and it
works well for me.

Tried this on Windows 7 64 bit. Both forms show but when I move the dll form
repetitively the program crashes with SIGFPE. Stack frame shows only
UxTheme!HitTestThemeBackGround, the instruction that crashes is divsd
%mm6,%mm0.

Could you go to Project - Project Options, click on Show Options and paste
the command line parameters in a message? There has to be something
different in our setup because all works fine for you and it fails on 2
machines on my side. I use fpc 2.7.1 and lazarus trunk.
dllgui is compiled on win xp with -MObjFPC -Scghi -O1 -gl -vewnhi -l
