The rxnew-package from lazarus-ccr does no longer compile.
The removed property OnLayoutChange is used by rxdbcolorbox.pas,
rxdbctrls.pas, rxdbtimeedit.pas and rxdbspinedit.pas.

OnLayoutChange was added as a workaround because of previous bug in the
TFieldDatalink. It's usage can lead to double call of events
