The rxnew-package from lazarus-ccr does no longer compile.
The removed property OnLayoutChange is used by rxdbcolorbox.pas,
rxdbctrls.pas, rxdbtimeedit.pas and rxdbspinedit.pas.

I did a quick look.
At least in TCustomRxDBTrackBar ActiveChange, LayoutChange and Loaded
can be removed.
Even in the older iteration of TFieldDataLink DataChange is called twice
each time dataset is open
