In the forms in LazSvn the individual controls' cursor is set to
HourGlass and then to normal.
With QT bindings it remains HourGlass forever, at least for TListView
and TCombobox. With other bindings it returns back to normal.

I personally like to use Screen.Cursor. It works well also with QT.
