I thought "help now works out of the box" means "default". I guess my English is not that good today. > The lazarus sources do not contain the chm files, so the default make must > not rely on them. I didn't do a repository checkout, I downloaded a RC1 release (just in source code form) that you guys put together. THAT archive does contains CHM files by _default_. So what exactly is your definition of "help now works out of the box" - and please note this was in context with a CHM Help message thread from recent days. I clearly misunderstood that statement too. So doing a "default" compile (make all) means you don't get help out of the box (even though it was publicised that it will). Doing a "custom build" (make bigide) means you DO get help out of the box. Umm... is it only me that things that makes no sense. I guess you guys just love support emails. Anyway, I'll move on. -- Regards, - Graeme - _______________________________________________ fpGUI - a cross-platform Free Pascal GUI toolkit http://fpgui.sourceforge.net -- _______________________________________________ Lazarus mailing list [email protected] http://lists.lazarus.freepascal.org/mailman/listinfo/lazarus
