What version of GDB are you guys using?
The tooltip is independent of the gdb version. If you can see watches,
or can evaluate expressions, gbd is OK.
I don't know if it is asked before, but when coding, when you put the
mouse over a variable (or a procedurecall) do you get a tooltip ?

I will ask a co-worker to test it on his Windows XP computer tomorrow.
He is running the exact versions of Lazarus, FPC and gdb as I am.
