Then you are probably starting the old lazarus executable.
For example: If you installed lazarus as Adminstrator|root, and then rebuild
as normal user, the new lazarus executable will be put into
<config_path>\bin\lazarus.exe.
The startlazarus.exe takes automatically care of the path. So try to start
lazarus by starting startlazarus.exe.
