As I mentioned, it was a while back, so I could be wrong. In any
case, FPC and Lazarus works without issue.
PS:
The devel packages would only be required for compiling FPC from
source, wouldn't it? My first Lazarus was a binary nightly build.
Can't remember what I used for FPC.
