Ok. But i am using with Lazarus + ZeosLib + PostgreSQL and it works.
Why not with SQLdb lib? The PostgreSQL suports commitretaining. So, I understand, the problem is the SQLdb lib + FreePascal. I will go to try with latest fpc-svn-versions.

versions. Those contains some fixes for this, but using CommitRetaining
and PostgreSQL will never work completely ok, I'm affraid.
Better don't use commitretaining.
