I hate hard tabs cause they tend to show differently at different editors and the text formatting gets ruined esp. the comments/license blocks at the start of a file) In Delphi and Borland Pascal, there's one option to always use SPACES instead of tabs and another called Smart Fill, where if TABS are enabled, they will be used wherever enough consequtive spaces are detected in the text. Also there's option to navigate inside TABS with the cursor (as if they were many spaces) and also option on whether the cursor can move past the end of a line or if it will wrap to next line (don't remember the names of those options) Right clicking inside the source code editor window will show those options in Delphi ---------------- George Birbilis ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) Microsoft MVP J# for 2004-2006 Borland "Spirit of Delphi" * QuickTime, QTVR, ActiveX, VCL, .NET http://www.kagi.com/birbilis * Robotics http://www.mech.upatras.gr/~Robotics http://www.mech.upatras.gr/~robgroup _____ avast!
