Not really necessary. You can use those classes em Pascal.

There are various classes on the file: lazarus/lcl/interfaces/qt/qtprivate.pp

Missing Qt classes can be added there.

About KDE specific classes, it´s better to write desktop independent
components, like TTrayIcon.
