I agree with the point you're trying to make, but would like to point
out that Florian talked about Contributors: people contributing code to
Lazarus.
"Programming Lazarus" <> "Programming with Lazarus."
Helping out people who do the latter was never an issue: we do that
to the best of our possibilities. However, this is open source, and
we all have "real" jobs beside Lazarus. We try to answer all questions,
but there is no guarantee that a particular question will be answered...
Lazarus is a difficult piece of software, and problems will be
accordingly more difficult. Sometimes a question slips through.
