Just to mention, the most recent snapshot
(Lazarus-0.9.17-20060801-win32.exe) contains FPC 2.0.4 and works fine with
Postgres. Previous snapshots had FPC 2.1.x.
So, it seems that the problem is not in SQLdb, but in FPC itself?

Zlatko

So the best thing for PostgreSQL users is to bury sqldb for good and
use Zeos instead? Is this correct?

I saw great advancements lately in the ZEOS library area
(http://zeosforum.net.ms/). Maybe this could be of help to you?
