AFAIK, sqldb's implementation IS in the FPC source tree...

(Lazarus-0.9.17-20060801-win32.exe) contains FPC 2.0.4 and works fine with
Postgres. Previous snapshots had FPC 2.1.x.
So, it seems that the problem is not in SQLdb, but in FPC itself?
