That depoends on the error message you get when compiling.
If it is still the nasty "unit Interfaces not found" try this:
Run Lazarus, open the environment options dialog (should be menu
"Environment" -> "Environment options") and look at the paths in the
"Files" tab.
Yesterdays I had the same problem after switching from fpc 2.0.2 to
2.0.4 on windows and it went away by setting "compiler path
(ppc386.exe)" to the right location.
If you have installed the source for fpc (not lazarus), correct that
path, too.
