I was having problems with DLLs too, using FPC 2.0.4
On my computer it would work perfectly, but on the computer of a beta
tester of the magnifier the DLL would fail loading, when using
LoadLibrary with 998, which indicates an access-violation somewhere in
the initialization code. Which is very unlikely since there is no
initialization code in this library!
Just updating yesterday to 2.1.5 solved the problem. And it also made
my DLL much smaller =)
