Hi,

The WST ( http://wiki.freepascal.org/Web_Service_Toolkit )contains
TDateRemotable in
base_service_intf.pas which can be used if you are using it ;-) And if
not, It contains code to
 parse and encode date ( methods ParseDate and FormatDate ).
