This is very interesting. Did you run LBackup first and then try back in time? Perhaps after LBackup ran the system had then cached a lot of the data from the source disks? Just a thought. In my opinion, 69 min seems like a long time to transfer 23 gigabytes of data? If use rsync to perform a copy of 23 gigabytes how long will take?
