Marti, You mention about bith depth that is measured. If I use RAW image than numbers are little lower - lower than 5 bits.
LCMCs does good job now despite problems with balancing GS wedge. Source image: http://tme.szczecin.pl/~jacek/temp/EdHamrick/it8-raw-fs4000.tif Media white point should be balanced but it is a problem for LCMS not for TRC profiles. But from other side LCMS can cancel tweaking on gamut used in Nikon scanners. What puzzles me is foulty Adobe ACE engine: http://tme.szczecin.pl/~jacek/temp/LCMS/adobe_ace.jpg http://tme.szczecin.pl/~jacek/temp/LCMS/microsoft_icm.jpg It can't manage black point correctly (LCMS beta profile to srgb no black point compensaion used) Best regards -- JZ. ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ Lcms-user mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/lcms-user
