I do know that GraphicsMagick/ImageMagick are being by a number of companies as part of their CM workflows (e.g. Corbis used it). The workflows are essentially "manual" (scripted) since the correct CMS options must be provided. Corbis used GraphicsMagick under Windows but that is a mere technicality.
Since Linux lacks CMS support in devices, adding and using profiles is a manual or scripted operation.
