Stefan, I am not sure about why you need to do so. Taking the raw, uncooked data is as easy as an fread(), but then you have to repeat all the hard work lcms can do for you. Are you trying to apply this profile to an image? or just want to know the Lab/RGB values for given colors? If so, there are several command-line utilities that can make your life easier. Take a look on tifficc, jpegicc and icctrans utilities.
If this is not the case, could please be more specific on what are you trying to do?
