Dear all, I'll don't like to disturb, but I've now the problem from another view angle : I test this situation now on PC. Converting just sRGB to Proof RGB. And get the same results. I send one of the profiles with this mai (I know, not a very common thing). This conversion with this profile results in a bright, high saturated image, if I use perceptual, rel/abs colormetric or saturated. This does not happen with ColorSync nor ICM2.0 nor AdobeCMS. What I saw is, that the dark of the profile is very small, looks like a tree. But this are the givin profiles by the manufactor. How comes, that lcms generates so wrong images with this conversion ?
I hope this someone could answer this, I donno what I should do, to get the BPC easely now. kind regards, Kristian Kratzenstein PS : This is the second mail, without the Profilefile, cause I don't know, if this will be sort out. It was a zip file with the Profile in. Profile was the : Pro4000 Archival Matte.icc givin by the Epson driver for the Epson Pro 4000 printer, available in the Epson package SPro4000.plugin in the (Apple) Library/Printers/Epson folder.
