Hi lcms-users.
I found lcms from the www.coloraid.de when I bought IT-8 targets from
WolfFaust.
I have succeded to create a profile with lcms v1.09 with an Kodak K3-target
for Kodachrome (K3199910.Q60, 1999:10 35.8, from B&H in New York).
I should want to use the profile with my EpsonPerfectionV700Photo-scanner
with EpsonScan3.4. But (in the Professional mode), I do not find the created
profile under <Configuration>Color-tab and ICM radiobutton (just "EPSON
Standard" and "Canoscan4000.icc.).
I have copied my created profile to the usual
C:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\color and can see it there.

1. Is it not possible to use a lcms-profile with, for example,
EpsonScan3.4?
2. If yes, I must have something wrong. Some suggestions from someone how
to solve my problem?
3. When I scanned the K3-target in first step of the profile creating, I
used the "No Color Correction" radiobutten in the EpsonScan3.4 and a gamma
2.2. Is that correct?
4. In Vuescan Professional as I also use, I have been said that the
profiling process available there uses lcms, but not to the full capability
of lcms. A profiling in Vuescan with the K3-target however gave noticeable
better result with than without profiling.
Many thanks in advance for any advice.

/with best regards
Håkan
