If writing to LDAP is simply not supported in Outlook, then by what means do user migrate from standalone Outlook to centralized OpenLDAP (client Outlook)? AFAIK outlook only export contacts in CSV format, making it not so easy to add to LDAP server, especially if we need to collect data from many PCs running Outlook. Or perhaps there are some connector enables Outlook sync with LDAP server. I don't know.
