Sync4j (not Funambol) has an LDAP connection and an Outlook plugin. But I think the LDAP plugin is currently one-way. Outlook is a groupware client, OpenLDAP (while great) isn't groupware, so it sort of makes sense. Accessing an LDAP directory via Outlook I think is really more of a WAB (Windows Address Book) thing than an Outlook thing, Outlook integrates with WAB.
