I have configured thunderbird email client to work with LDAP
server (local)
I have the following configuration in the address book of
thunder bird
name : local-ldap
hostname : 127.0.,0.1
basedn : cn=manager,dc=linux,dc=edu
port no: 389

Now I select the local-ldap in address book and search for
manager and YES. it can show the manager. But when I search
for other
existing name it can't show anything. I have checked my
LDAP with phpldaladmin and found as bellow
cn=manager
dn cn=manager,dc=linux,dc=edu
cn manager
uid=1165228542291700:Joydeep
dn uid=1165228542291700:Joydeep,dc=linux,dc=edu
cn Joydeep
telephoneNumber 3333
phpgwCellTelephoneNumber 333
uid 1165228542291700:Joydeep
sn Joydeep

So Joydeep is not showing. Please note I can see Joydeeo
from the Egroupware address book. Please suggest what to do
so that
I can see the entries from thunderbird.
