[ldap] How to make user account in LDAP

Hi,

I like to create accounts in LDAP so users can access LDAP
server through KMail-addressbook.
Could any one kindly suggest how to do this ? 
At present every one is accessing LDAP through *cn=manager,
dc=example,dc=com* hence every user has the 
super power of LDAP.
