That's the really stupid thing happening here: receiving fax is the job
of another department and another person, and manually copied to a
shared folder in PNG format exported from fax software, to the person on
the spot who maintaining data in our department, and communication
between departments are not smooth, people prefer to work the old way.
Sad. (Certainly I know receiving directly in fax format is better)
