Hi, all. I'm just starting out with LDAP, so before I even start with the technical details of my project (which is to make an address-book system suitable for use with Mozilla Thunderbird and (if possible) Outlook and Outlook Express, I'm trying to figure out just how to organize my data.
Wow, you picked one of the worst possible places to start with as a project. The problem with email clients is that every one has its own idea of what is right, and none of them that I've seen implement being an LDAP client correctly. Outlook & outlook express are particularly bad, since they have their own "microsoft" ideas of what they want.
