Does anyone have a mapping of standard LDAP syntaxes to Active
Directory syntaxes (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/windows2000serv/reskit/distrib/dsbe_ext_dghb.mspx?mfr=true)?

I'm particularly interested in being able to map a case-insensitive
IA5 String to an AD syntax. This doesn't appear to be possible.
Note that <http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms675583.aspx>
says to use String(IA5) syntax if that is the character set which
should be allowed. So they are specifically recommending AGAINST
using String(Unicode) or CaseIgnoreString(Teletex) for attributes
that should have IA5 Strings.

thanks
