Hi Eric, Thanks -- that's exactly what it was. This was a newly delivered server, and since it had the latest solaris installed on it, I kind of assumed it would have the correct ldm version as well.
We're going to re-install, but i was conerned that we maybe had a firmware problem (we do appear to be on the most recent version of system firmware at least). Thanks once again for your help. Tony.
