May be you mean oracle gridengine sw
The main issues will be  data access, it is not easy to have different RDBMS to 
access the same data , why rac. .
If different  RDBMS access different set of data then yes it is possible and 
very easy to set up oge jobs
Just google oracle RDBMS and sge there were same old paper exist on the web
