Safeguarding personal information is at best a sensitive subject. 
Many many times folks (me and/or you) do not understand why procedures seem so 
inflexible and restrictive ...... until later. Hopefullywhen it is later it 
is not too late. Sadly once data is out it is beyond recall, control or 
influence.
