I think figuring out the specifics of the interface is the easy
part. The more difficult issue, and the one that is going to take
some time, is data protection/privacy. 

The main concern that was voiced a few days ago when I indicated
I was going to reply to this thread was that I'd set expectations
too high. This is going to take a while to sort out. Hopefully
the enthusiasm will not have fizzled by the time the church is
able to execute on a strategy. Aware of the risk of setting
expectations too high, I thought it was important to get the
message out that the church is aware of the opportunity,
listening, and motivated to develop an OSS strategy.
