In addition to the great family history projects, I'd
be interested in developing a LaTeX .sty file for the
LDS scriptures. This would immensely speed up the
editing and typesetting process for publishing the
various languages of scriptures that the translation
department works on. The current process is manually
laborious, and can take many months for a BoM or
triple to get published after the actual translation
is finished. Much of the work could be automated by a
computer, using LaTeX. I started this kind of project
this past summer, and got a fair amount done.
