I managed to create a page for suggestions for the official
stake/ward web sites. I added a link under "Projects" on the main page.
I suggested that people add yes/no votes for the features so that we
can see which features are most wanted. If that doesn't sound like a
good idea, let me know, or add a comment to the discussion page.
