This looks pretty useful, but are we authorized to post the names and
information of minor children to the internet?  

It would seem that the church's statement about not having our own websites
for church business would apply...

We use http://www.ymyw.org/
It tracks Duty to God, Personal Progress, Faith in God, and Scouting (though

the last is not apparent on the homepage).  The site is a bit slow, and I've

just started using it, but it may satisfy these requirements (you would have

to explore).  It uses role based login information so a leader can edit and 
track information, and a parent can see the progress of their children (and 
it appears that even each child can have a separate login).  See the "About 
this Site" link for important information on the site.  There is a "test 
drive" you can take on the site.
