Unless others object we will move the CATEGORIES field to
X-LDS-CATEGORIES which should effectively remove it from
being imported into palm's desktop (someone care to check
that this doesn't break anything?). We also will prepend the
category text to the description.

While I dislike removing the categories because it is useful, I
would vote for prepending it to the title of the event.
