That's a huge concern for any corporate users and legal departments
-- even
those who wholeheartedly embrace OSS, Linux, etc. I work for one
of the
National Laboratories and asked our legal council what their legal
opinion
was. I was told that we would not be allowed to use anything put
out under
GPL 3 (in its current form) -- to avoid potential litigation.

I had read about concerns with V3 of the GPL but hadn't heard any
details. Thanks for the clarification.
