Linspire offers a very inexpensive DVD player that you can get through the CNR warehouse.  However I don't think that any distro ships with a DVD player that will play css encoded DVDs.

Which distro ships with a working dvd player?!?!? Atleast one that will
play dvd's encoded with css?

Just to make something clear, css is not protected by patent law but by
the DMCA(introduced by Senator Hatch).
