True, I have no inside knowledge as to who really uploaded them.  I
guess I was just being hopeful that it was the right people.


The church is usually in the habit of keeping its copyrighted (agree with the 
church or not) material on its own website and not hosting it at other 
locations (e.g., PAF).  These videos are hosted by Google and kept in Google 
format to be played by the Google player.  If the church really did upload 
these, then they'd probably want them kept in a more general and/or non-company 
specific format.

Um, aren't the videos that The Church has on its website in Windows(R)
video format?  Isn't that pretty company specific?  The rest of your
reasoning makes sense though, and it could be that it was just some
well meaning person with a pretty good collection of LDS videos that
uploaded all those to Google Video.  Sorry if I mislead anyone with my
speculation.
