Here's an solution/idea that might prevent urgent Stake Conference items from being shared before the stake presidency wants it to, while still allowing everyone to listen at the same time (if that is the point of broadcasting it).
Record the session (dv or whatever)... with no one in the audience. Go home and copy the tape (or make 2 dvds of it). Then invite both groups to their chapels and show them the video.
