Were you getting an error under "Generate a Report"? It needs an Admin pswd, "LDSOSS". I just confirmed it again with various OS's and browsers (IE & Firefox on Win, Linux, OS X) and it appears to be working. Good question. Maybe others can share their experience with this. I can share what I have observed. I've been in two wards where this online system has been used. In my experience, overall the quality of reporting goes up. Month-end reports tend to be full of follow-up items for the Bishopric/Presidencies that are generally handled on a more personal phone call or face-to-face basis. Also, the month-end report with historical visits allow presidencies to quickly identify home teachers that need encouragement or "broken" companionships. I've seen this encouragement generally handled in-person or via PPI's.
