Here's a mock ward. Go ahead and submit reports and generate summaries.

1) Go to: http://www.queezy.com/ht/
2) Submit an bogus report for a companionship,
3) Lastly, go here: http://www.queezy.com/ht/admin/ and view your
comments you just submitted at "Generate a Report". The admin

Very cool! Simple, looks nice, and it seems to work.

Because of the bottle-neck that the ward computer tends to be,
companionships and assignments should really be made editable via the
ward website in addition to MLS, sync'ed.

Amen to that. I was recently in the elders quorum presidency and I
hated how at our meetings we'd be working from 10 pages of printed out
companionships from MLS, trying to figure out who still needed to be
assigned where, with the secretary trying to write it all down so next
time he got a turn on the computer he could manually enter in all of
our changes. Invariably he'd miss something.

To this end I started a web-based home teaching organizer. It doesn't
do reporting like this though, I hadn't thought about that. In fact,
it's very rough at the moment, and I have a new calling so I lost some
time/interest to work on it. I'll have to clean it up a bit and post
a link to the list.
