I have direct experience with Plone! w00t. Seems like the list is, generally speaking, short on it.
We've been doing development projects up here at USU for several years using Plone and Zope. For examples, see: http://ocw.usu.edu/ http://ocw.nd.edu/ http://www.opener.ou.nl/ (Three of the sites running our eduCommons system.) Basically, if you're doing any kind of content management-ish kind of project, Plone is an excellent toolset. We have several other projects that aren't CMS sorts of projects, and we use Ruby on Rails for these. If you're having trouble sleeping sometime, you can check them out at: http://cosl.usu.edu/projects/ David On 3/5/07, Gordon Clarke <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Does any one have oppinions and more importantly experience with Plone on Zope? The church is considering building a Research knowledge-base using these tools. Please send your comments and experience with these tools.
