My biggest complaint about the current setup of stake and ward sites is that
is doesn't let members from outside the stake get any contact data.

For example, I have a friend who was recently baptized and going away to
college. I was able to find what ward he would be in, but there was no real
contact data, only the office phone number. I don't know about you, but
I've seen those answering machines sit around for weeks if not months before
anybody thinks to check them for messages.

I run the web sites for my home ward and the branch my wife & I are assigned
to, and I have my e-mail address on the front page so that people can
contact me if they need information. I usually get one or two contacts a
month, maybe more during student move-in season. It can be very frustrating
if you have to deal with letters and phone calls that will at best be
returned the following week.

IMHO, if a member is logged in, they should be able to access the Bishopric
and EQ/HP/RS presidency of any unit. Even if it is just a link that will
allow them to send an e-mail without knowing what e-mail address it is going
to would be better than the current situation.
