George,
I'd be interested in the results of killing ipfwadm only, also. I know it's 
more work, and I'm only curious. So, do what you feel is best. :)

On another topic, has anyone used the SF compile farm? Does compiling 
against glibc 2.0.7 work? It looks like SF wants to eventually allow 
projects to make nightly builds from CVS.

How do I use the compile farm?
