FAQs
Structure change:
* Commit FAQs from DocManager into CVS. Use docid_xxxx.html format.

* My docman.sh script will no longer be used to backup our FAQs.
Policy changes:
* FAQ editing is now done from CVS
note: New FAQs will still be submitted in the DocManager.
* Each FAQ will contain it's DocManager docid for cross referencing.
Admin changes:
* I will update the DocManager from CVS, and update the printable
versions weekly.
* I will approve new FAQs daily.
After a FAQ is approved I'll add it to CVS, with the appropriate
docid.
Reasons for this change.
* This will give us a revision history for FAQs.
* It will allow modification of FAQs with your favorite editor.
* You will be able to test your modifications prior to committing them.
* I will no longer have to try and strip the SF html away from our
content during a backup.
* It will give everyone some experience with CVS.
* Still keeps the bar relatively low for initial submission of a FAQ.
