When I do this:
tar tvfz root.lrp var
on my woody box, I find this file:
var/lib/lrpkg/root\netc\nlocal\nmodules\nramlog\n
When I extract that, to same woody box:
ls -l var/lib/lrpkg/
I find this:

root?etc?local?modules?ramlog?
All attempts to extract root.lrp to my nt4,sp6a box, via winzip8,
*abort* _prior_ to completion with this error:
``Can't create output file: _PATH_\.\root\var\lib\lrpkg\root

ramlog''
*WHAT* is this file?
Is it necessary?
Is it necessary to be named thusly?
What do you think?
